Shannon Dirner

Shannon is our beloved Hospital Manager here at Mercy Veterinary Hospital. With over 20 years of experience in the veterinary industry since starting her career in 2003, Shannon has built a strong background in veterinary hospital operations, team leadership, client relations, and patient care. As a dedicated Veterinary Hospital Manager, she is passionate about creating a positive environment for both her staff and clients while ensuring the highest level of care for every patient that comes through her door. Having worked in every aspect of the hospital, ranging from kennel technician to vet tech, to reception to management, her experience spans managing daily hospital operations, supporting her teams, and fostering strong relationships with pet owners and her community.

Outside of her professional life, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughters and their six dogs, who keep life busy and full of fun! In her free time, she loves hiking, traveling, and getting lost in a good book whenever she can.
